Drains and tree roots

An emergency call out for a blocked drain lead to quite a discovery!

When unblocking a drain, we thought we'd share these photos to demonstrate what happens when a tree root finds it's way into a cracked pipe. One root turned into a lot more and had blocked the drain in it's entirety.

It really shows what an impact they can have. We love trees and removing roots like this won't damage them in any way.
